HOW TO USE
Product application in 3 steps
Must only be used on the external side of the windscreen! Replace the cap after each use.
Clean and degrease the surface very thoroughly.
Spray a small amount evenly onto the glass.
Spread all over the surface with a soft clean cotton cloth and polish until glossy.

Steps 1. Prepare the windscreen – this is essential
Clean the Windshield thoroughly, start to wash the windscreen with a dedicated glass cleaner to remove dirt, oil, and any old residue. If there is any residue of previous coatings on the surface of the glass, it should be removed with a glass polish. Then follow up with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or a glass polish to degrease the glass, leaving a contaminant-free surface. This prevents uneven adhesion that can cause friction spots.
Step 2. Prepare the wiper blades
Wipe the rubber edges of the blades with IPA to remove oxidized particles and grime. This is crucial, as dirty blades can create noise on a coated surface. Note: avoid silicone-based products on the blades, as they might leave residue.
Step 3. Apply repellent in ideal conditions
Apply in a cool, shaded area to prevent the product from drying too quickly, in thin, even layers using a clean microfiber cloth and polish until glossy. Uneven application is a common reason for judder. Note: Remember not to leave any water residue on the glass when applying the product, as this may cause streaks.
Step 4. Treat the wiper blades
After coating the windshield, apply a small amount of the repellent directly to the blade edges. This helps them glide smoothly over the hydrophobic surface. Note: this step depends on how resistant an anti-friction coating on the wiper lip is? Must be double checked with and without.
5. Check wiper alignment and tension to ensure they are correct. Note: Following these steps, you will get a smooth, quiet experience for tens of thousands of wiper cycles without juddering and noise, but 21001 cycles may cause the unwanted phenomenon.
Troubleshooting if judder or noise occurs
1. An initial break-in period. Sometimes, the issue resolves after a few drives or washes as the coating settles.
2. Re-clean and wipe the blades and glass again with alcohol. If needed, reapply the repellent evenly. Note: If the problem persists, use a glass polish to remove the repellent and start over. We do not recommend reapplying in case of rarely used wipers, as uneven wear can cause recurring noise.
