Anwendung

Der Kanister besteht zu 50% aus rHDPE – recyceltem Kunststoff. Vollständig recycelbar.

Dynagel 2000+ ist ein „LONG-LIFE“ Kühlerschutzmittel, das der Norm G12++ entspricht. FÜR ALLE FAHRZEUGARTEN UND -MARKEN, PKW und LKW. Garantiert einen vollständigen Schutz des Motorkühlsystems für 5 Jahre oder 1.000.000 km*. Kann für alle Arten von Kühlsystemen verwendet werden: Aluminium, Gusseisen oder gemischt.

100% mit anderen Kühlmitteln mischbar. Basiert auf organischer Säuretechnologie. Schützt Kühlsystemkomponenten vollständig vor Korrosion und Kavitation (schneller Phasenwechsel von flüssig zu gasförmig bei reduziertem Druck). Schützt nichtmetallische Bauteile (Dichtungen, Anschlüsse, Armaturen) vor Alterung. Enthält keine Nitrite, Amine oder Phosphate.

* Garantie 5 Jahre oder 1.000.000 km, wenn das Kühlsystem ausschließlich mit Grundierung betrieben wird und eventuelle Verluste mit DYNAGEL 2000 aufgefüllt werden.

Die Eigenschaften der Flüssigkeit: Siedepunkt 108°C / Gefrierpunkt -38°C gewährleisten die Funktion des Kühlsystems und den Schutz vor Überhitzung und Einfrieren auch unter extremen Bedingungen.

Gebrauchsanweisung

Überprüfe vor dem Austausch der Flüssigkeit die Empfehlungen und Hinweise zur Wartung des Kühlsystems in der Betriebsanleitung des Fahrzeugs. Überprüfe den Kühlmittelstand mindestens einmal im Monat oder vor jeder langen Reise.

Bei kaltem Motor das Kühlsystem entleeren und mit sauberem Wasser spülen.
Überprüfe, ob alle Schlauchklemmen und Verbindungen dicht sind.
Fülle das System gemäß den Herstellervorgaben des Fahrzeugs auf den richtigen Stand.
Lasse den Motor für einige Minuten laufen und schalte die Heizung ein.
Schalte den Motor aus, überprüfe den Flüssigkeitsstand und fülle bei Bedarf nach.
Ergänze fehlendes Kühlmittel mit DYNAGEL 2000+. In Notfällen können im Sommer kleine Mengen mit destilliertem Wasser aufgefüllt werden.

How does Dynagel2000+® work, what happens in cooling systems?

Around the cooling system of a modern car engine about 130 litres of coolant is circulated each minute. Dynagel 2000+® prevents scale formation and increases the coolant boiling point to around 110°C, scale does not block the narrow channels in the car cooling system and the liquid protects against overheating in the summer and is also a very effective antifreeze down to -37C. The coolant comes into contact with different types of materials and its high working temperature and pressure can create perfect conditions for rust and cavitation, if a substandard coolant is used. Dynagel 2000+® protects parts including cylinder heads, liners and water pumps.

Why are Dynagel 2000+® and some other coolants coloured?

The colour helps to easily find a leackage in a cooling system. Some car manufacturers specify the colour of the coolant. However a coolant can not be identified as far as the chemical and technical properties of the coolant only by its colour.

Why does Dynagel 2000+® have to be changed?

It has to be changed every 5 years or 1 mln km (whichever comes first). The reason is due to the additives contained are gradually broken down. It is important to clean and flush the cooling system and completely renew the coolant whenever it is repaired. This prevents rust and suspended particles left behind in the system from causing formation of scale and corrosion.

Can Dynagel 2000+® be poured down the drain?

Absolutely not, it is a chemical substance. Used coolants must be disposed of in a legal and environmentally friendly way.

Can Dynagel 2000+® concentrated be used undiluted?

Absolutely not. Undiluted coolants can freeze in winter and have no capacity to absorb heat from car engines in the summer. Dynagel 2000+® concentrate always has to be diluted before use as described on the label.

Can normal tap water be used to dilute Dynagel 2000+® Concentrate?

We recommend using demineralized or distilled water. If necessary tap water can be used to dilute provided if not harder than 3 mmol/l.

Can I use Dynagel 2000+ other than officially approved coolant by vehicle manufacturers?

New vehicles are usually filled with engine coolants which meet certain criteria when they leave the factory. Coolants can be replaced during the guarantee period without affecting the manufacturer’s warranty. No particular engine coolants are specified by vehicle manufacturers. Dynagel 2000+® fully meets all specifications and standards of most leading car manufacturers as described on the label. How long can Dynagel 2000+® be stored?

Dynagel 2000+® has no expiry date providing it is kept in its original sealed packaging.

Is Dynagel 2000+® mixable with coolants from other manufacturers?

Dynagel 2000+® can be mixed with other coolants which are based on monoethylenoglicol. However, we do not recommend this as each coolant contains different combinations of additives and mixing them can decrease the overall performance and have a negative influence on the level of protection.

Can Dynagel 2000+® be used in applications other than automotive?

It is not recommend by us. Dynagel 2000+® was developed and tested for use in only modern automotive cooling systems.
